Organic food consumption linked to lower risk of Crohn's disease

Our study on the association of maternal diet during pregnancy and risk of IBD in the child has been published in Frontiers In Nutrition.

We show that frequent organic food consumption, especially organic eggs and diary, during pregnancy is associated with a lower risk of developing Crohn’s disease during childhood in the offspring.
